  By clicking on the above link, you will be guided to a page where you can choose from the different medical issues that you are facing and accordingly select the doctor you need and then click on ‘book an appointment’ & ‘make payment’. After this, your online consultation will be scheduled. This is how you can consult a doctor online
• Are specialists available 24/7?add
  Specialists are always available on request. However, general practitioners are available 24/7 and you can access the facility at any time from anywhere just with a secure internet connection.
• How can a doctor provide me with advice without seeing me in person?add
  The doctor will be able to listen to all your complaints and see you through video call during the online consultation. You can also upload reports of your diagnostic tests which the doctor will have access to while consultation. This is usually good enough for initial diagnosis. The doctor may recommend some additional tests as well if they feel the need for. The doctor always recommends visiting in person if they think it’s required.
• If I missed my appointment. What should I do now?add
  No-Show is defined as, any instance where a User, who booked an appointment on the Website/App using the Book Appointment facility, has not turned up for the appointment without cancelling, rescheduling, or informing the Practitioner in advance about the same. When Practitioner informs Nanohealth of the incident or marks a particular appointment as No Show, an email and SMS ("NS Communication") will be sent to the User to confirm the incident with reasons. Further, no refund will be made to the User for such No-Show. Where the User is not able to establish that the User had a legitimate reason for not showing up, Nanohealth shall be entitled to take appropriate actions.
• What is your refund policy ?add
  If the User does not show up for the appointment that he had booked with the Practitioner, without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation, the user will need to write to us at support@nanohealth.in within five (5) days from the occurrence of such an event; in which case, the entire consultation amount as mentioned on the site will be refundable. • During online doctor consultation, the audio/video was not clear?add
  A bandwidth of >2 MBPS is advised but it works on a bandwidth of >300 KBPS too. It is advised to have a good internet connection during the online consultation so as to avoid connectivity issues. In case the video consultation doesn’t go on well, the same can be completed over a telephone call.
• Where is my prescription for the online doctor consultation?add
  It gets uploaded on the NanoHealth app in real time. It can also be shared with you via WhatsApp,SMS and mail.
